Knowing your scalp types and treatments
We talked about hair types and textures last week, which I'm sure has helped us learn more about our hair and how to take better care of it.
Now, we are going to look at the different types of scalp and how to care for them.
1. OILY SCALP
Many people have naturally oily scalps, which give their hair a greasy appearance. Having an oily scalp isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when it becomes excessively greasy, it becomes a problem. However, people with oily scalps should avoid putting excessive oil on their scalp.

Water your hair as usual, but avoid shampoos that contain "sulphate."
2. DRY SCALP

Having a dry scalp causes the hair to have a dull and lifeless look, making it susceptible to breakage. This could most likely be caused by dehydration in the body.

Oil should be your best friend if you have a dry scalp. Also, do moisturize your hair from time to time.
3. NORMAL SCALP
Only a few people are fortunate enough to have this type of scalp. It's glossy, supple, and attractive. This can be achieved by following a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle and using high-quality hair products.
4. MIXED CONDITION
This occurs when a person's scalp alternates between being dry on certain days and being oily on other days.
TREATMENT
Examine your scalp to learn how to properly care for it, with the goal of avoiding excess oil when your scalp is oily.
CONCLUSION
Please, while investing in aspects of your life but don't ignore your hair. Invest in your hair and you'll be happy you did.
